The Capability Maturity Model certification of a company is given in diffrent levels. An organization which is in Level 1 is in its initial stages of the standards of CMM. In this organizational level the employees do take their individual heroic efforts to finish a project. It is like they are the whole and sole for the company and if these employees leave the organization then the org.goes bankrupt. So the employees do play a vital role in level-1 companies.
