Testing tools training for Technical Recruiter

What is the purpose of using Testing Tools. I am a MBA graduate and am working as Technical Recruiter in a Company. If i pursue the course of Testing tools will that be helpful for me for my future career as Technical Recruiter.

I would not say that pursuing the course of Testing tools will be helpful for you in your Technical Recruiter career. If you wish to go in testing area it would be useful.

I dont think that would help you as a Technical Recruiter. Well, if you want to move into Testing, that is a good idea. But before you learn Tools, you need to learn about Manual Testing also. Even people in Automation have to write test scripts which includes a basic understanding of Manual Testing.

However, most of the companies look for people experienced in Automation as bookish knowledge does not help in the industry :)
