I am mca 2006 fresher while facing interviews
the questions related to project generally based on explain the architecture of your project. Do they mean architecture technology related like:

1.3tier
2.mvc

or any thing else .

Yes they want you to explain in brief your understanding on the architecture of the project.If 3 tier architecture is used in you project you have to explain how you made used of that and why that was needed in your project and so on. This question is asked to find out how deeply you have gone in depth with the internal structure of the project.
